Mexican Co. Hit With Tariffs For Dumping Steel Wire Rods

Law360 (April 16, 2018, 4:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has settled on tariffs of nearly 13 percent for a Mexican producer of steel wire rod after concluding its exports were dumped in the U.S. at less-than-fair value, according to a notice set to be published in the Federal Register on Tuesday.
