USTR Prepares For Onslaught Of China Tariff Opposition

Law360 (May 14, 2018, 4:42 PM EDT) -- The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative on Monday announced three days’ worth of public hearings at which scores of powerful business groups are expected to voice their opposition to the Trump administration’s plan to counter China’s intellectual property practices with hefty tariffs.
