CIT Asks Commerce To Rethink Parts Of Wood Flooring Duties

Law360 (June 13, 2018, 5:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade ordered the U.S. Department of Commerce on Tuesday to take another look at parts of its duties on Chinese plywood flooring, finding that an online report the department had relied on to determine a Chinese producer's electricity usage was too narrow in scope.
