US Seeks Update Of Trade Regs On Military Training Equipment

Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 7:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of State seeks to update its trade policies for the export and import of military training equipment so as to more accurately describe the arms under regulatory control, according to an announcement in Wednesday's Federal Register.
