US Tees Up Final Duties On S. Korean Steel Component

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 1:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Friday finalized a round of remedial tariffs on imports of South Korean ferrovanadium — an iron alloy used in the production of steel — after determining that the product has been dumped on the U.S. market at unfairly low prices.
