Apple Seeks To Ditch $506M Patent Verdict In Fed. Circ.

Law360 (July 11, 2018, 9:40 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for Apple on Wednesday urged a Federal Circuit panel to overturn a $506 million judgment in an infringement suit over a computer processor patent held by the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, saying the jury received improper instructions from the lower court.
