DreamWorks Can't Duck 'Kung Fu Panda' Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 1:31 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge has ruled that an artist had shown enough of a similarity between his work and DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc.'s hit animated film “Kung Fu Panda” to keep in place copyright infringement allegations against the company.
