Vizio Denied Fees, 'Troll's' Attys Slammed For Misconduct

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 6:59 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday blasted Oplus Technologies Ltd. and its Niro Haller & Niro Ltd. attorneys for conduct "outside the boundaries of professional behavior" in a patent suit against Vizio Inc., but didn't order the so-called patent troll to pay Vizio's legal fees.
