Ropes & Gray Settles Malpractice Suit Over Patent Delay

Law360, Los Angeles (June 2, 2014, 6:45 PM EDT) -- Ropes & Gray LLP and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory on Monday agreed to settle a long-running malpractice lawsuit brought against the firm over an allegedly delayed patent, ending the dispute just one day before the trial was set to begin in Massachusetts court.
