Hendrix Estate Goes After Brother For Purple Haze Liquor

Law360, Los Angeles (March 1, 2016, 10:50 PM EST) -- Nearly 50 years after Jimi Hendrix released the psychedelic single proclaiming "'scuse me while I kiss the sky,” his estate slapped his brother and a California company with a suit in Georgia court Tuesday, claiming their Purple Haze Liqueur infringed on the rocker’s trademark.
