Prism Seeks High Court Review Of Nixed IP In T-Mobile Suit

Law360, New York (November 13, 2017, 8:41 PM EST) -- Prism Technologies has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh whether the Federal Circuit, after nixing its $100 million infringement lawsuit against T-Mobile, applied the wrong standard of review in deciding to invalidate the company’s network authentication patents under Alice as well, calling it a question of significant nationwide importance.
