Texas Judge Sued For Defamation Over Town Hall Incident

Law360 (March 6, 2018, 9:34 PM EST) -- A Dallas County judge who has previously drawn criticism for saying a 14-year-old rape victim “wasn’t the victim she claimed to be” is now facing a suit from a woman who claims the judge publicly identified her as a victim of domestic violence while onstage at a public event.
