Gibbons Says DQ Bid In Quanta Pollution Row Is Too Late

Law360, New York (September 7, 2016, 2:54 PM EDT) -- Gibbons PC on Tuesday pushed a New York federal court to deny an ongoing effort by Quanta Resources Corp. to have the firm disqualified from defending Rexam Beverage Can Co. in litigation over the beverage company’s role in contaminating a Quanta-owned refining center, saying the demand is simply too delayed to be considered.
