Catholic Charities Atty Resigns Amid Embezzling Charges

Law360, New York (December 6, 2017, 2:19 PM EST) -- The Oklahoma high court on Tuesday accepted the resignation of a former Catholic Charities lawyer charged with stealing fees from the organization’s immigration clients.

Margarita Solis, a lawyer in Norman, Oklahoma, and director of immigration and legal services of Catholic Charities of Oklahoma City, agreed to resign from the bar last month, according to the state Supreme Court notice.
