Pharma Salesman Cops To Defrauding NJ Insurance Programs

Law360, New York (November 13, 2017, 8:49 PM EST) -- A New Jersey pharmaceutical sales representative on Monday copped to defrauding state health benefits programs and other insurers out of nearly $500,000 by submitting fraudulent claims for medically unnecessary prescriptions as part of a conspiracy, federal and state prosecutors said.
