Au Pair Host Families Back Co. In Mass. Labor Law Appeal

Law360, Boston (March 13, 2018, 7:55 PM EDT) -- A group of host families backed an au pair company Monday in its bid to convince the First Circuit to restart a case asking that the child care providers be treated as part of a cultural exchange program, rather than employees subject to Massachusetts labor laws.
