Western Mass. College Can't Escape Retaliation Suit

Law360, Boston (April 16, 2018, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A small western Massachusetts community college will have to face a retaliation suit brought by a former director of public safety who says he was treated differently because of his Hispanic origin and fired when he filed a complaint, a federal judge ruled Monday.
