Law360 (October 15, 2020, 8:35 PM EDT) -- Boston-area taxi companies continued to press the First Circuit on Thursday to upend Uber's win against claims it ran an illegal taxi enterprise in Massachusetts and asked the appeals court to grant them more than $122 million in asserted damages, arguing that state officials' personal blessings can't override the state's licensing requirements.
