FCC's Infrastructure Orders Spur Dialogue, Stakeholders Say

At a panel event during the Mobile World Congress Americas in Los Angeles, representatives from local government and major wireless carriers agreed that the FCC's Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee and its orders to preempt local infrastructure rules may have struck a nerve, but also helped the often-at-odds sectors find common interests.
