Deals Rumor Mill: Swissport, Kimberly-Clark, NEC Group

By Benjamin Horney (October 11, 2018, 5:41 PM EDT) -- China's HNA Group Co. is closing in on deal to sell airport services business Swissport International AG to Canada's Brookfield Asset Management Inc., Bloomberg reported on Thursday. According to the report, the business could be worth more than $3 billion. Brookfield is currently considered the preferred suitor, the report said, and talks between the two sides are in advanced stages. Cerberus Capital Management has also been said to have interest in Swissport, along with Temasek Holdings Pte., the report added....
