DC Circ. Reopens Ex-Prosecutor's Privacy Case Over DOJ Leak

Circuit resurrected a former assistant U.S. attorney's Privacy Act case Friday, giving him a second shot at ferreting out the source of leaked information to the Detroit Free Press regarding a U.S. Department of Justice probe into his alleged prosecutorial misconduct.
