Porn Co. Agrees To Stop Using Ben & Jerry's Marks For Films

Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 1:56 PM EDT) -- The pornography production company that allegedly infringed Ben & Jerry's Homemade Inc.'s trademarks with a series of racy titles allegedly based on the company's ice cream flavors on Tuesday agreed to stop using the ice cream-themed names.

Rodax Distributors Inc. and M.
