Challenge To $60M Penn State Fine Backed By Pa. Treasurer

Law360, Philadelphia (March 28, 2013, 2:16 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania Treasurer Rob McCord announced Wednesday he was jumping in as a plaintiff in state Sen. Jake Corman’s lawsuit challenging $60 million in fines the National Collegiate Athletic Association leveled against Penn State University in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal.
