Tolkien Says Warner Bros. Trying To Sue It For Being Sued

Law360, San Diego (March 29, 2013, 9:51 PM EDT) -- J.R.R. Tolkien's estate on Thursday fought a counterclaim in its $80 million copyright and contracts suit against a Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. unit that is developing “The Lord of the Rings”-themed gambling games, arguing the company is trying to sue the estate for being sued.
