Trial Ends As Macy's Seeks To Ax JCP-Martha Stewart Deal

Law360, New York (August 1, 2013, 8:38 PM EDT) -- Macy's Inc. on Thursday sought to drive home its case against Martha Stewart over the sale of her home goods at rival J.C. Penney Co. Inc., telling a New York state judge that Stewart clearly breached her exclusive contract with Macy’s for certain products designed by her company.
