Law360, New York (June 25, 2015, 4:39 PM EDT) -- The National Hockey League’s board of governors has authorized a process for markets and ownership groups to apply for an expansion NHL club, the league’s commissioner said Wednesday, and at least two prospective suitors have already publicly declared their interest.
