GTA Maker Can't Nix Privacy Rows By Lohan, 'Mob Wives' Star

By Allison Grande (March 14, 2016, 9:50 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday refused to toss separate suits brought by actress Lindsay Lohan and ex-"Mob Wives" star Karen Gravano over the use of their images and personal details in "Grand Theft Auto V," saying that questions remained about their privacy claims against the game's developers.

In separate orders, Supreme Court Judge Joan M. Kenney left largely intact a pair of suits filed in 2014 by "Mean Girls" star Lohan and "Mob Wives" alum Gravano against Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and its subsidiary Rockstar Games, the developers of the popular "Grand Theft Auto" video game franchise.
