FCC Final Rule Allows Channel-Sharing Outside Of Auction

Law360, New York (April 18, 2017, 2:41 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday issued a final rule allowing full-power and Class A stations with auction-related channel-sharing agreements to become sharees outside of the incentive auction context so that they can continue to operate if their auction-related agreements come to an end.
