Ill. Court OKs Paralyzed Patient’s $7.8M Med Mal Win

Law360, Los Angeles (December 4, 2017, 9:46 PM EST) -- A split Illinois appellate panel on Friday affirmed a $7.8 million jury verdict in favor of the family of a woman who became a paraplegic following a medical procedure, saying the evidence supported at least two of the family’s multiple theories of liability.
