Ariz. Tribal Council Appeals Nixed $35M Land Trust Suit

Law360 (June 11, 2019, 8:46 PM EDT) -- An Arizona-based tribal nonprofit group has appealed the Court of Federal Claims’ dismissal of its suit that accuses the government of breaching its obligations regarding a $35 million trust fund established in a land swap agreement, saying the United States failed to collect and invest the money for educational programs.
