NJ Judge Reinstated After Charges Of Harboring Beau Tossed

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 2:21 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Tuesday reinstated a suspended state judge following the dismissal of criminal charges that she hindered the apprehension of her fugitive boyfriend when he was wanted for armed robbery.

Superior Court Judge Carlia M. Brady was reinstated to active duty in the civil division in Middlesex County after a state judge on Thursday granted a motion by prosecutors to dismiss two hindering counts against her — a day after they lost an appellate decision in the matter.
