Convicted Dock Worker Loses Union Pension Suit

Law360, New York (July 13, 2018, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A former New Jersey waterfront worker who was barred from the docks after his arrest for loansharking had a lawsuit against his pension fund dismissed on Thursday, with a judge saying the fund had properly calculated his length of service for benefits purposes.
