Cole Schotz Guides V. Paulius' $90M NJ Port Deal

Law360 (December 4, 2018, 2:44 PM EST) -- New Jersey developer V. Paulius & Associates has purchased the portion of the Port Carteret industrial site in Carteret, New Jersey, it didn't already own for $90 million, and had help on the transaction from Cole Schotz PC, the law firm told Law360 on Tuesday.

Cole Schotz represented the V. Paulius family of companies on the deal for full ownership of the 2.1 million-square-foot, seven-building site on the Arthur Kill. It was not immediately clear which party had jointly owned the property with V. Paulius before the buyout, and additional terms of the transaction were not immediately available.
