NJ Condo Assoc. Sues Toll Bros. For Construction Defects

Inc. and others have been accused in a state court lawsuit of design and construction failures at a luxury condominium complex in Hoboken, New Jersey, which were discovered after control of the development board was turned over to the condominium association.
