NJ Hospital, Others Sued Over Missed Lung Cancer Diagnosis

Law360, New York (January 10, 2017, 4:44 PM EST) -- A Virtua Health Inc. hospital and others involved in the treatment of a woman who visited its emergency room are facing a negligence suit in New Jersey state court alleging their failure to tell her she had a mass on her lung led to her cancer escaping diagnosis for over two years.
