NJ Hospital Hit With Med Mal Suit Over Gallbladder Surgery

Law360, New York (January 10, 2017, 4:41 PM EST) -- Kennedy Health Alliance in New Jersey and its affiliates have been slapped with a medical malpractice lawsuit in state court by a gallbladder surgery patient who claims a doctor botched the procedure, which prompted the need for an additional operation.
