US Trustee Wants Cenveo Ch. 11 Blocked Over Exec Bonuses

Law360 (June 25, 2018, 8:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee’s Office Monday asked a New York bankruptcy court to reject bankrupt envelope maker Cenveo Inc.’s revised Chapter 11 plan, saying its executive bonus plan is too vague and its liability releases too sweeping.

U.S. Trustee William Harrington, who saw his objections to Cenveo’s new plan disclosures overridden earlier this month, said the executive bonus schemes included in the latest plan lack important details, and that its exculpatory provisions cover too many non-estate parties.
