Holland & Knight Breaks Ground On NY Land-Use Practice

By Kelly Rizzetta (March 21, 2012, 7:10 PM EDT) -- New York City real estate specialist Ken Lowenstein will help Holland & Knight LLP establish a land-use practice in the Big Apple, Lowenstein told Law360 Wednesday.

Holland & Knight lured the veteran practitioner from Bryan Cave LLP earlier this month. Lowenstein brings with him a practice sharply focused on New York City zoning and tax incentives work, according to the firm.

Lowenstein has experience in all aspects of site development, including zoning changes, special permits, variances, landmark proceedings, air rights transfers, tax abatements and incentives, the firm said.
