Nationwide Class Targets Spray Insulation They Say Is Toxic

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 5:37 PM EDT) -- A pair of New York consumers launched a nationwide class action against Lapolla Industries Inc. and Delfino Insulation Co. Inc. on Friday over allegations the companies have sold defective spray polyurethane foam insulation that can cause respiratory and neurological injury.
