The beauty and makeup company is leasing approximately 6,000 square feet on the ground level of 1535 Broadway and is taking another 12,000 square feet at a lower level, according to the report. The retail space sits below a Marriott Marquis hotel, and Vornado has control of 45,000 square feet of retail space in the building, Real Deal said....
