Palin-Violence Link Not Intended, NYT Editor Tells Rakoff

Law360, New York (August 16, 2017, 7:17 PM EDT) -- In an evidentiary hearing Wednesday on a motion to dismiss a libel suit against The New York Times, the paper's editorial page editor told U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff that he did not intend to imply a causal relationship between political violence and Sarah Palin’s rhetoric.
