Ex-Gov. McDonnell Urges High Court To Take Bridgegate Case

Law360 (March 18, 2019, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell on Friday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to do what it had done for him and overturn the conviction of a New Jersey gubernatorial aide in the Bridgegate case, saying in a brief that prosecutors had twisted a fraud statute to get around the court's corruption case law.
