Pa. Justice, Wife Launch Libel Suit Against Philly Inquirer

By Matt Fair (February 28, 2014, 1:43 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Seamus McCaffery announced plans on Thursday to sue the parent company of Philadelphia's two major daily newspapers for libel following a series of articles about fees his wife and chief judicial aide reportedly received for referring cases to personal injury firms.
