Uber, Google Cleared Of Cabbies' Anti-Competition Claims

Law360, Washington (March 8, 2016, 2:04 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday tossed most of a suit that Philadelphia cab companies had brought against Uber Technologies Inc. and Google Inc.’s venture capital arm, saying the alleged municipal regulatory violations had no bearing on federal competition statutes.
