Hilton Whacked With Suit Over Hidden Newspaper Fees

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A California man filed a proposed class action against Hilton Group PLC on Wednesday, alleging the global hotel giant delivered ostensibly free newspapers to the hotel rooms and then secretly charged clients 75 cents unless they opted out of the purchase.
