FAA Tells DC Circ. Drone Privacy Challenge Doesn't Fly

Law360, Washington (November 5, 2015, 7:46 PM EST) -- The Federal Aviation Administration sought to circumvent an advocacy group's proposed D.C. Circuit privacy challenge to its new commercial drone rules Wednesday, arguing the litigation should be tossed because it is not timely and that privacy issues are beyond the agency's purview.
