Law360, New York (January 27, 2016, 7:40 PM EST) -- A California man on Tuesday hit Victoria's Secret with a proposed class action alleging it violated his privacy when it sent him nearly 100 texts in one day, when the retailer promised to send far fewer when he signed up for a promotional program.
