Law360 (February 8, 2018, 9:42 PM EST) -- American asset management shop BlackRock Inc. wants to raise at least $10 billion it plans on using to take minority stakes in companies, The Wall Street Journal reported late Wednesday. According to the outlet's anonymous sources, the move would be a first for the world's largest asset manager. The report details that the company would hold on to those stakes for at least a decade.
