Deals Rumor Mill: Buffalo Wild Wings, Saudi Aramco, AT&T

By Benjamin Horney (November 13, 2017, 3:11 PM EST) -- Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. has been approached by Roark Capital Group about a potential takeover, with The Wall Street Journal reporting on Monday that the private equity firm offered to buy the sports bar franchise for more than $2.3 billion. According to the report, Roark's proposal was made in recent weeks and values BWW at $150 per share. Barclays PLC is working with Roark, and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is assisting BWW, the report said. Roark has previously invested other franchises including Carvel, Auntie Anne's Pretzels and Carl's Jr....
