Fisher-Price, Mattel Sued Over Deadly Rock 'N Play Sleepers

Law360 (April 22, 2019, 10:37 PM EDT) -- Mattel Inc. and its subsidiary Fisher-Price Inc. are facing at least two putative class actions from consumers claiming negligence after the Consumer Product Safety Commission warned earlier this month that 10 infants died while in Rock 'N Play Sleepers since 2015.
